Alert Me Bands is not responsible for error or omission in the personal data supplied by our customers.  If you receive an Alert Me Band with inaccurate information please send us an e-mail at orders@AlertMeBands.com.  If we made the error we will send out a replacement or issue a refund.

Alert Me Bands are designed to shorten the time it takes for a child to be reunited with his/her parents and/or to alert family/friends of an emergency as well as communicate medical/special needs and allergy alerts.

DISCLAIMER & CHOKING HAZARD WARNING: The clip is meant to be permanently affixed to the band so please do not cut it off because the detached clip could be a choking hazard to young children. You should not be able to pull the clip off of the band; at any point should you be able to remove the clip, contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement at no charge.
